Our shop is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mondays, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.

We are closed on Sundays.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Good Friday, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, EasterMonday, Father's Day, Good Friday and Labor Day  and Canada Day.

   

Our shop serves the following areas in Ontario: Sarnia, Brights Grove, Corunna, Brigden, Courtright Mooretown, Sombra, Camlachie Point, Edward, Oil Springs, Port Lambton, Petrolia, Wilksport.

We are able to send orders outside of our delivery area, including most of North America. The delivery fees may vary from shop to shop and there will be an additional relay fee of $ 5.00 added to your order. (These amounts will not appear on your final total as it must be calculated in the shop at the time of the order). If you would like to know the additional costs before placing your order please call to inquire (1-877-778-3555 or 519-339-1414) otherwise your credit card will reflect the difference.

A local delivery fee of $8.50 will be added to each order, for each address. (Delivery prices vary based on the location. Delivery price will be adjusted based on the town delivery charge.If you wish to know the charge before ordering please call 1-877-778-3555 for exact price per town.)

orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

If you open an account on our site or make a purchase, we need your contact information including your name, e-mail address and mailing address to complete your transaction.
